Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jlli ("jlli," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jlli online gaming platform available at jlli.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the jlli Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of the jlli Platform regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access it. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jlli.
Eligibility
Access to and use of the jlli Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- Age: You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). jlli strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
- Legal capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
- Jurisdiction: Online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located or from which you are accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
- Not self-excluded: You have not voluntarily excluded yourself from online gaming platforms, and you are not subject to any exclusion order issued by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
- Own account: You are registering and playing on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
jlli reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned in accordance with applicable law.
Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the jlli Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
3.2 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. jlli relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
- Log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
- Notify jlli immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jlli will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements, jlli is required to verify the identity of all players before permitting real-money deposits and withdrawals. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate dated within 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)
Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe specified by jlli may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
jlli supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine-based players:
- E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya (Maya)
- Bank transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks
- Other methods: As listed on the jlli deposit page at the time of transaction
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions
The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. jlli reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice to players.
4.3 Processing Times
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jlli account within one (1) minute of successful transaction confirmation. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes for e-wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
4.4 Player Funds
All player funds deposited into jlli accounts are held separately from operational funds. jlli does not use player funds for operational expenses. Your deposited balance is available for withdrawal at any time, subject to identity verification requirements and any applicable bonus wagering conditions.
No Fees: jlli does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside jlli's control.
Bonuses & Promotions
jlli may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jlli reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
- One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonuses are forfeited.
- Abuse: jlli reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of software errors.
jlli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to review the specific terms of each promotion before opting in.
Game Rules & Fair Play
All games available on the jlli Platform — including slots, live baccarat, bingo, blackjack, roulette, Golden Bank, Fortune Snake, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.
6.1 Random Number Generation
All non-live games on the jlli Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor, including previous results or player behavior.
6.2 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, jlli reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the corresponding wager amounts to the players involved. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out. jlli's decision in such matters is final.
6.3 Disconnection Policy
If a player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the round will be completed automatically according to the game's standard rules. jlli is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection due to the player's internet connection, device, or network provider.
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlli Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
- Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any illegal financial activity
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jlli staff or other players via any communication channel
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure
- Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions
Anti-Money Laundering: jlli is required by Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Any account suspected of being used for money laundering or other financial crimes will be immediately frozen pending investigation.
Responsible Gaming
jlli is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm.
The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jlli players directly from their account dashboard, at no cost:
- Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account
- Session time reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration
- Cool-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks)
- Self-exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform

Intellectual Property
All content on the jlli Platform — including but not limited to the Art Deco visual design, logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlli or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content
- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
- Use any jlli trademark, logo, or brand element without prior written consent
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
Any unauthorized use of jlli's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jlli.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlli, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error
- Loss of data or account information due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
- Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game
- Any decision made by jlli in the exercise of its rights under these Terms
jlli's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jlli account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlli's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
Privacy & Data
jlli collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The types of data we collect, the purposes for which we use it, and your rights as a data subject are set out in full in our Privacy Policy.
By registering an account on jlli, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.
jlli will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with third-party payment processors (such as GCash and PayMaya) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transactions and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.
Amendments to These Terms
jlli reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jlli will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting jlli support.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of a dispute between you and jlli, we encourage you to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. jlli is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels.
